Drawer Tales · Don't Miss Games

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled in Drawer Tales and on its support website at drawertales.dontmiss.games. Drawer Tales is published under the Don't Miss Games brand. Contact support@dontmiss.games with questions or privacy requests. This policy concerns Drawer Tales, not other games published under the same brand.

1. Information stored on your device

Drawer Tales saves puzzle progress, current moves, stars, stamps, hint tickets, collected items, equipped decorations, selected courier and letter-journal progress on your device. The app also stores language, audio, motion and season preferences, and keeps local recovery information for saves.

The game does not provide account-based cloud storage or upload your campaign to a Drawer Tales account server. Device-level backup or restore services are managed separately by your operating system and your choices. Replaying a puzzle does not erase the full campaign.

2. Advertising and consent services

The mobile game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform for optional rewarded ads and consent choices. These services may process IP-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising interactions, diagnostics and performance data to deliver, measure and improve advertising and service operation.

Consent checks can begin when the app opens. When ad requests are allowed, the app may initialize the advertising service and load an ad in advance. Processing is therefore not limited to the moment you choose to watch an ad. Advertising behavior depends on your region, device permissions, consent choices and the services' configuration. Google and participating advertising partners handle information under their own policies.

The puzzle campaign remains playable without an internet connection and without watching optional ads.

3. Your advertising choices

Where the consent service makes it available, open Settings → Privacy choices in the game to review or change your choices. The available message and controls can vary by region. If you cannot find an expected option, contact us.

Your device may offer additional advertising or tracking controls. Device permissions and in-game consent choices are separate controls; turning off one does not mean that all technical processing stops. Advertising services may still process technical identifiers according to your permissions, choices and their policies.

4. This website and support messages

When you visit this website, hosting and security services may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, requested page, date and time, browser information and error details, to deliver the pages, diagnose problems and protect the service.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the message, device details, screenshots or other attachments you choose to send. We use that information to investigate and reply to your request. Our email and hosting providers process the information needed to provide those services. Sending a support message does not create a game account or link a cloud save.

5. Purposes and sharing

Information is handled to provide the game and website, respond to support, deliver and measure advertising, investigate faults, and address security or legal matters. Depending on the information and applicable law, the basis may be providing a service you request, operating and securing the service, meeting legal obligations or consent where required.

Relevant information can be handled by Google and advertising partners, website or email service providers, and recipients where disclosure is legally required or necessary to address fraud, safety or legal claims. These providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their applicable policies describe their processing and safeguards.

6. Retention and security

Local game data remains on your device until it is replaced, removed or affected by the operating system or its backup settings. Removing app data may permanently remove progress. We cannot remove a local save remotely through a game account.

Support messages and operational records are kept as needed to handle requests and relevant operational, security or legal needs. Retention varies with the type of record, its purpose and the provider handling it. Advertising providers determine retention for information they handle under their own policies. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security.

7. Requests and rights

Depending on where you live and the information involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. You may also have a right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Email support@dontmiss.games to make a request about information under our control. Describe the request and the relevant interaction; we may need proportionate information to verify it. For data handled directly by Google, use Google's privacy controls or contact Google. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

8. Parents and guardians

The game does not ask players to enter a name, age, profile or account credentials. Advertising services can still process the technical information described above. Parents and guardians should review the game's store age information and available advertising and device settings.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information in a support message, or you have a concern about information handled in connection with the game, contact support@dontmiss.games so we can review the concern and any request concerning information under our control.

9. Updates and contact

We may revise this policy as the game or its services change. The updated date on this page identifies the current version. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@dontmiss.games.
