A few helpful answers
How do I deliver the letters?
Slide the wooden drawers left or right to line up their doors. Build a route from the entrance through every mailbox to the bottom exit, then tap Deliver. Some drawers stay fixed and wooden walls can block a corridor. A route to the exit alone may still miss a mailbox.
Can I play without internet?
Yes. The puzzles, collections, letter journal and saved progress work offline. Optional rewarded ads and links outside the game require internet. Consent and advertising services may connect when the app opens online, even before you choose an ad.
How do hint tickets work?
The first three levels have free tutorial hints. Later, revealing a new hint normally uses one ticket. You receive a ticket for every five newly completed levels and can exchange 30 stamps for one ticket. From level 4, an available optional rewarded ad can give one extra ticket, once per level. You can always keep playing and undo moves without a ticket.
How can I earn more stamps?
Complete puzzles and improve your star results. On completed hard levels 16–30, a new three-star replay earns 10 extra stamps. These replay rewards work offline. An eligible first-completion result may also offer an optional ad for 10 extra stamps.
I bought a decoration or courier. Why has nothing changed?
Buying adds the item to your collection. Open its card and choose the Use or Equip action to display it. Home decorations appear in the room; Drawer decorations appear on the puzzle cabinet. Items that share a position replace one another when equipped.
Why is the rewarded-ad button unavailable?
An ad may still be loading, no ad may be available, consent choices may prevent a request, or you may already have claimed that reward for the level. Check your connection and try again later. The game remains playable when ads are unavailable. Closing an ad early does not grant a reward.
An ad finished but my reward is missing. What should I do?
If the game shows a pending-save message, use its save-again action and keep the app open until saving succeeds. Closing the app before a pending reward is saved can lose that reward. If the problem continues, send the level number, device model, app version and what happened; a screenshot of the result or message helps. Support cannot recover a local save from an account server because there is no game account system.
Where is my progress saved? Can I move it to another device?
Progress, stars, stamps, tickets and collections are saved locally, with a local recovery copy. Settings are also stored on the device. Drawer Tales has no account-based cloud sync or in-game transfer feature. Operating-system backups are separate and may affect what is restored on another installation.
Does Replay reset my collection? How do I remove local data?
Replay restarts the selected puzzle; it does not erase campaign progress or your collection. There is currently no full-campaign reset button in the game. Use your device's app-data removal options if you want to remove local data; this may permanently remove progress. Device backups may retain copies separately. Contact support before removing data if you are trying to fix a save problem.
Can I change language, sound or motion?
Use the language dropdown to choose one of the six game languages. In Settings, adjust music, sound effects, Reduce Motion and the room's season. Where required by the advertising consent service, Privacy choices in Settings lets you revisit those choices.
